FAQ

Yes! We have ample free parking located immediately adjacent to the Woodbourne Inn for your convenience.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. If you are planning on arriving before our standard check in time of 4:00 PM, please contact Guest Services at 289-296-9631.

Each guest receives a lovely complimentary coffee tray at their room door each morning at a time of your convenience (before 11AM) with coffee or tea, local juice, and a homemade pastry.

Afterwards we offer a freshly-prepared breakfast for you to enjoy in our dining room, or out on the patio. Our food program preferences local and organic as much as possible.

We do not have a restaurant at the Inn but there are plenty of restaurants in the region featuring fantastic local fare, most of which offer delivery and/or pick-up as well.

We are a pet-free facility.

We do not allow any children under the age of 16.

As one of the oldest inns in Ontario, we are a small historical inn with just 8 rooms accessible mostly by stairs, with 5 rooms on the second floor and 2 rooms on the third floor. Our building does not have an elevator. We do, however, have a single room on the first floor that is easier to access, although it is not ADA-compliant.

The Woodbourne Inn is approximately 10 kilometers from both Niagara-on-the-Lake to the North, and Niagara Falls to the South.
